    ESPN Cricket Pass is ESPN's streaming video service for exclusive live and replay content over broadband connectivity for computers, Apple iOS, Android devices, and on Roku devices, covering the 2016 VIVO Indian Premier League.

  • How is ESPN Cricket Pass different from WatchESPN?

    WatchESPN delivers live access to ESPN, ESPN2, ESPNU, ESPN3, SEC Network, SEC Network +, ESPNews, ESPN Deportes, Longhorn Network, ESPN Goal Line and ESPN Buzzer Beater on computers, smartphones, tablets and TV connected devices.  WatchESPN requires authentication via your cable operator subscriber credentials.

    ESPN Cricket Pass is ESPN’s streaming video service for exclusive live and replay content over broadband connectivity for computers, iOS, Android, and on Roku devices covering the 2016 VIVO Indian Premier League. Unlike WatchESPN, ESPN Cricket Pass offers the 2016 VIVO Indian Premier League for purchase, and does NOT require cable operator subscriber authentication to access and view content.

  • Is ESPN Cricket Pass content available for viewing and purchase outside of the United States?

    No. ESPN Cricket Pass content can only be purchased and viewed on compatible devices in the United States and some of its territories and protectorates.

  • Do I have to have an ESPN.com account in order to view and purchase content on ESPN Cricket Pass?

    Yes, ESPN Cricket Pass requires signing in with ESPN.com user credentials. If you do not have an ESPN.com account, it is free and easy to create one! On a PC or Mac, go to ESPN.com and click on the SIGN IN link in the top right corner of the home page. From the window that appears, click on the SIGN UP button at the bottom.

  • Can I log in with my cricinfo.com account?

    No, ESPN Cricket Pass requires signing in with ESPN.com user credentials.  If you do not have an ESPN.com account, it is easy to create one and it is free! On a PC or Mac, go to ESPN.com and click on the SIGN IN link in the top right corner of the home page. From the window that appears, click on the SIGN UP button at the bottom.

  • How do I change my information or password for my ESPN.com account?

    You can change your ESPN.com account password and/or information by signing in to ESPN.com on a computer, clicking on the profile icon in the top right, and accessing Account Information to make any changes.

  • How do I sign up and purchase ESPN Cricket Pass?

    Log in to ESPN Cricket Pass with your ESPN.com credentials. Select "Buy Now" and follow the prompts. You will need to provide credit card or PayPal information to complete the purchase.

  • Can I purchase ESPN Cricket Pass content outside of the United States?

    No. ESPN Cricket Pass content can only be purchased in the United States and some of its territories and protectorates.

  • How and when will I be billed for my purchase?

    Charges will appear on your next credit card summary as "ESPN".

  • What is the ESPN Cricket Pass cancellation/refund policy?

    Refunds will be issued if requested within five days of purchase and before the start of the first official match of the VIVO Indian Premier League. Call Customer Care at 888-549-ESPN (3776)

    ESPN Cricket Pass is available on computers, Apple iOS, Android and Roku devices. Users can also cast VIVO IPL events to Chromecast devices from Android and Apple devices with the ESPN Cricket Pass app.

  • Can I watch ESPN Cricket Pass content on my mobile device?

    Yes. ESPN Cricket Pass apps are available on Apple iOS, Android and Roku.

    To watch ESPN Cricket Pass from your mobile device requires the ESPN Cricket Pass app. For iOS devices, please download the ESPN Cricket Pass app from the Apple app store. For Android devices, please download the ESPN Cricket Pass app from the Google Play store.

STREAMING & PLAYBACK FAQs

  • What languages are available in ESPN Cricket Pass?

    All matches and replays for the VIVO Indian Premier League will be available in English only.

  • Is closed captioning available for ESPN Cricket Pass broadcasts?

    Yes. To activate or deactivate closed captioning, tap the CC icon when playing a video.

  • Can I watch ESPN Cricket Pass on multiple devices at the same time?

    Up to two devices or concurrent streams are permitted for a single user account during live event windows where matches may overlap (i.e. when there is more than one match live at the same time)

    Immediately following the conclusion of the overlap, only one device or stream will be permitted to a single user account. For your convenience, the most recent device accessed will prevail and the previous device will be stop playing. For example, if you begin watching an event on your PC, then subsequently log in to ESPN Cricket Pass on Android, you will be able to continue viewing the event on your Android device and your PC will be stop playing the event.

  • Can I watch ESPN Cricket Pass content on my tablet or mobile device?

    To watch ESPN Cricket on your iOS or Android device requires the ESPN Cricket Pass app. For iOS users, please download the ESPN Cricket Pass app from the Apple app store. For Android users, please download the ESPN Cricket Pass app from the Google Play store.

  • Are ESPN Cricket Pass events available for replay after the live event has concluded?

    Individual fixtures may be available for replay until five days after the conclusion of the 2016 VIVO Indian Premier League final.

  • Why is my video slow, skipping or buffering?

    If playback stalls, stops or plays slowly, try one or all of the following:

    - Refresh your browser or close your browser and open it again

    - Avoid internet congestion by waiting several minutes before viewing the programming again

    - Close other computer applications that may be open at the same time

    - Chat with Customer Care using the Chat feature on this page or by calling 888-549-ESPN (3776)

  • Why is there video but no audio?

    Check to ensure you have not inadvertently muted the volume. Make sure that you are not doing anything network intensive on the same connection, such as downloading or sharing large files, or playing online games.
