Date: July 9, the week of the U.S. Women's Open

Place: Lancaster, Pennsylvania

What I'm eating: A shrimp-avocado lettuce wrap. It's my favorite gluten-free meal!

Why I eat it: This is my go-to right before a tournament. It's nourishing, light but filling. It's also fun and easy to make. Quick, too.

How to make it: Tear up your favorite leafy lettuce. Then add quinoa, seasoned shrimp, avocado, sun dried tomato and aioli sauce on top. Wrap as well as you can!
