England Gets A Women's World Cup Pep Talk From Prince William

Sure, the U.S. soccer team is in the middle of a heroes send-off, and Canadian players have been honored with commemorative stamps. But England easily has gotten the most royal treatment ahead of the Women's World Cup.

Literally.

The players met with Prince William (heard of him?) on Wednesday. No big deal or anything. His Royal Highness gave the women a pep talk and shared stories about his newborn daughter, Charlotte, and her older brother, George, before posing for pictures.

And the team wasn't going to let the Duke of Cambridge leave empty-handed. They presented him with a (teeny-tiny) jersey for Charlotte. Yes, it is totally acceptable to squeal "AWWWWWW" from your desk right now.

Well, that's basically the cutest thing ever. Your move, every other elected leader or monarch from the other 23 World Cup countries.
