Sloane Stephens and Vasek Pospisil need to have their own TV show
What do you do after you beat the top-ranked men's tennis player in the world?
You talk to Sloane Stephens, of course! Stephens, who is injured, is trying her hand at sports broadcasting for the Tennis Channel at the BNP Paribas Open in Indian Wells, California -- and she has her own segment, appropriately called Off Court with Sloane Stephens. On Saturday, she spoke with Vasek Pospisil after he upset Andy Murray in straight sets at Indian Wells.
The interview starts off normally enough, but when Stephens asks about Pospisil's relationship status, things really take a turn for the hilarious. In addition to all the great attributes Stephens mentions to prospective suitors -- "He's playing great tennis! He makes a lot of money!" -- Pospisil mentions the true selling point.
He has his own YouTube channel.
You probably should just watch this already -- and then head to his YouTube channel for more, obviously.
If someone would please give Stephens and Pospisil a show together, I think we would all be better for it. And if you need more Stephens in your life, here are some of her other offerings from the tournament:
