Aly Raisman calls out TSA agent for body shaming
Aly Raisman is not interested in your judgment of her body.
Via Twitter, the Olympic gymnast detailed an interaction she had at an airport this week that began when a female TSA agent said she recognized Raisman because of her biceps. According to Raisman, a male TSA agent chimed in, claiming he didn't "see any muscles."
Needless to say, Raisman wasn't happy with the agent's comments or his subsequent staring -- and understandably so.
For the record, Raisman has won three Olympic gold medals with those muscles. She has also been outspoken against body shaming. Raisman joined Reebok's Perfect Never campaign in November to combat the idea of a perfect body type, sharing how she had been made fun of as a child.
"Don't ever let anyone tell you how you should or shouldn't look," she wrote in her campaign message.
This agent clearly missed that memo.
