Pro runner Neely Spence Gracey has a number of impressive accolades under her belt: a 69-minute half-marathon personal record, the top American finish at the Boston Marathon -- and a whopping eight national collegiate titles across track and cross country.

This year, however, Gracey is focused on a comeback after taking time off from competitive running to have a baby. "My son, Athens, was born in July, and my goal is to qualify for and run the Olympic trials in February of 2020," she told us. "To make this goal a reality, the first step has been to regain core strength."

And while Gracey doesn't listen to music while she runs, she does while strength training. "When I have music playing during my core workouts, I feel more focused and the time flies by," she said. "I like a positive and upbeat mix that I can sing along to. While pregnant, I went to see Taylor Swift in concert. Her song '... Ready For It?' is my go-to when it's time for a gym sesh."

She shared her entire Swift-inspired playlist to keep her motivated in 2019 and beyond:
