Hockey defender Kacey Bellamy signed on with the Calgary Inferno of the Canadian Women's Hockey League in June. But the native of Westfield, Massachusetts, who has already helped Team USA to seven world championships and an Olympic gold, will be back with the stars and stripes when she rejoins the national team in Finland next week to go for another gold at the IIHF World Championships.

Bellamy has been a top performer since her high school days in New England, through her college career at the University of New Hampshire and in the NWHL.

Something else that has been consistent? Her game-day playlist. "I have a pretty wide variety of music," Bellamy told us. "I like to listen to anywhere from country to '80s hits, and I love throwbacks. Before every game, since high school, I listen to Van Halen's 'Right Now.' It's just been a song for me that has become routine and helps put that mindset of game day into action."

In fact, Bellamy stays loyal to many of her go-to picks.

"The other songs have different significances through different periods of my life, so I always keep them on my playlist," she said.
