AFL on ESPN in 2008

Dallas at Georgia in a March 1 matinee will kick off the network's second season of broadcasting the Arena Football League while defending ArenaBowl champion San Jose opens ESPN's primetime coverage of the AFL when it visits Chicago on March 3.

ESPN's 2008 AFL coverage includes 29 nationally-televised games -- 18 regular-season and 11 playoff games -- culminating with ArenaBowl XXII on Sunday, July 27, at 3 p.m. on ESPN on ABC. All AFL games on ESPN, ESPN2 and ESPN on ABC will be in high definition in 2008, and all games televised on the ESPN networks will also be available on ESPN360.com. ESPN2 will have 10 weeks of consecutive Monday primetime games beginning Monday, April 14, continuing to establish Monday night as a football night for fans.
