No. 4: Kevin Randleman slips up

The story of Randleman's canceled title bout with Rizzo ranks among the sport's strangest. Well after the pay-per-view for UFC 24 began in Lake Charles, La., it was relayed to viewers (there weren't many) that Randleman, the UFC heavyweight champion, had stepped on a pipe, slipped and slammed his head on the concrete floor. The main event was off. The rest of the card was a dud, in what stands as a true low point for UFC's former ownership, Semaphore Entertainment Group. Two shows later, Randleman won a tedious decision over Rizzo to retain the belt.
