Karablog: Villar shines, Pollock exits

Milwaukee's Jonathan Villar had three hits, three runs, a home run and a stolen base on Monday night. Jennifer Stewart-USA TODAY Sports

The ninth inning at Chase Field on Monday illustrated just how quickly values can unexpectedly alter in fantasy baseball. The Milwaukee Brewers led the Arizona Diamondbacks by two runs entering that frame, and I thought the most interesting thing was going to be whether right-hander Corey Knebel -- or someone else not named Josh Hader -- entered in a save situation. Instead, news turned to a pair of recent, former top-10 finishers on the ESPN Fantasy Player Rater. One of them is again playing like a star, and the other, well, not so much.
