Baltimore Orioles left-hander Zach Britton made history in 2016 when he permitted a mere four earned runs over 67 innings for a cool 0.54 ERA. His WHIP was 0.84, and he saved 47 games in as many opportunities. Britton was extremely valuable for the Orioles, and fantasy managers, in 2016. That momentum did not continue in 2017, though, as Britton suffered a forearm strain a few weeks into April, and when he returned in July he struggled to throw consistent strikes. We have seen Britton look his best ... and look ordinary all in the past two seasons. What happens now?
