Fantasy Baseball Rankings Summit

Pitchers and catchers will report in just a few weeks and that can mean only one thing: your fantasy baseball draft is coming up.

Welcome to the 2014 ESPN Fantasy Baseball Rankings Summit. For the next two days, our team will take a magnifying glass to your favorite players and teams and craft our first set of rankings for the upcoming season. We'll discuss everything from the challenges for players on new teams to which positions deserve the greatest amount of your draft preparation attention.

While our team debates the upside and downside of hundreds of players, we also want you to join the conversation. Using the chat below, you too can bring your knowledge and advice into the event. We know you take your fantasy teams seriously, and on two of the most important days of the fantasy calendar, you'll have a glimpse into our process and a voice to tell us where and why a player should be ranked.

Ready to win a league championship? The 2014 fantasy baseball season starts right now.

Note: All rankings are based on standard 5x5 scoring (AVG, HRs, RBIs, runs, SBs for hitters; wins, saves, strikeouts, ERA and WHIP for pitchers) and all players are ranked based on the positions they are eligible to be played on draft day in 2014.

Follow along as we fill out this section with the top 10 players at every position.
