The Baltimore Orioles will use their Thursday off day to push Dylan Bundy back in their rotation in order to limit his innings. He's expected to make his next start on Aug. 22 or 23, with the former much more likely since it'd be the latest date the team next needs a fifth starter. Chris Tillman will also make a spot start on Aug. 20 in order to give the team's other starters an additional day's rest.

The Boston Red Sox used their Thursday off day to push Doug Fister's next start back into Week 20. Rick Porcello picked up a second start on Aug. 20.

Masahiro Tanaka (DL: shoulder) isn't eligible to rejoin the New York Yankees' rotation until Aug. 20 and will not return until at least Week 20.

The Tampa Bay Rays aren't likely to get Alex Cobb (DL: turf toe), who is eligible to be activated on Wednesday, back during Week 19 after he suffered a setback.

The Toronto Blue Jays haven't offered a timetable for the return of either Aaron Sanchez (DL: blister) or Cesar Valdez (DL: shoulder).

Following their Wednesday postponement, the Cleveland Indians skipped Mike Clevinger's turn in their Week 19 rotation.

The Detroit Tigers used their Thursday off day to skip Matthew Boyd's spot in their rotation, pushing his next start back into Week 20. Justin Verlander will pick up a second start.

The Kansas City Royals gave Jake Junis a spot start in place of Trevor Cahill (DL: shoulder) on Monday, but the team used its Thursday and Aug. 21 off days to skip Junis' spot in the rotation on Aug. 20. Jason Hammel will pick up a second start during Week 19.

The Philadelphia Phillies recalled Ben Lively from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to make an Aug. 20 start, pushing Mark Leiter Jr. back to the bullpen.

Chase Anderson (DL: oblique) will rejoin the Milwaukee Brewers' rotation on Aug. 20, giving the team a five-man rotation for Week 19.

Robbie Ray (DL: concussion) made a minor league rehab start Thursday, meaning he won't be ready to rejoin the Arizona Diamondbacks' rotation until Week 20. The Diamondbacks optioned Anthony Banda to Triple-A Reno on Thursday, so the team will have T.J. McFarland to make a spot start on Aug. 20.

After giving Matt Cain a spot start on Wednesday due to a previous doubleheader, the San Francisco Giants have decided to push Chris Stratton's next start back into Week 20. Madison Bumgarner picked up a second start.
