Is Saints' Michael Thomas a must-start fantasy WR?

Through the first couple months of the season, New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Michael Thomas was considered a solid flex play in fantasy lineups. Thomas has experienced a tremendous surge in his past three games, though, seeing a whopping 27 targets from quarterback Drew Brees and producing a total of 38 fantasy points in standard scoring leagues during that stretch (59 points in PPR leagues). So should owners view Thomas as a must-start option as a WR2 in their lineups from here on out?
