Jason Sobel ESPN Senior Writer

According to a Golfweek report, Tiger Woods will compete in the Genesis Open, Feb. 15-18. This should hardly come as a surprise, since Woods took over as tournament host last year and the event benefits his foundation. The report did not cite whether he would compete before then, though the Farmers Insurance Open at Torrey Pines would be a logical option for his next appearance.
