Roe makes final-hole eagle for 64

MILAN, Italy -- England's Mark Roe eagled the last hole to
get to 8-under 64 and grab a share of the lead with Gregory Havret
of France after the first round of the Italian Open on Thursday.

New Zealand's Michael Campbell and Christopher Hanell of Sweden
were another shot back after a windy, cloudy day of play at the
7,228-yard course at Tolcinasco Golf & Country Club.

Argentine Cesar Monasterio, Graeme McDowell of Northern Ireland
and England's Mark Foster and David Lynn each shot 66 and were two
shots off the lead.

England's Ian Poulter, who is trying to win the tournament for
the third time in five years, finished with a 4-under 68.
