Mr. November
Mike Weir
Mike Weir had six birdies Sunday, none bigger than in sudden death.

There's something about the final tournament of the season to get Mike Weir interested. After winning the American Express Championship to close out 2000, Weir added another finale with a playoff victory at Champions Golf Club. His birdie on the first hole of sudden death gave him the title over David Toms, Ernie Els and Sergio Garcia. The birdie came on the 18th hole, the same one he bogeyed in regulation to lose a chance to win in regulation.
