Just how good is this 2014 class at UCLA? Of the 14 prospects from California in the espnW HoopGurlz Top 100, Close has landed four of them. And she's got a lone star from Texas to boot.

Take your pick of headliners, but we'll start with Jordin Canada, a 5-foot-6 point guard from Los Angeles and the No. 4 prospect in the nation. As a senior at Windward, Canada averaged 17.2 points and 6.9 assists and led her team to a No. 5 ranking in the final espnW 25 Power Rankings of the season . She was named a McDonald's All American.

She is joined by fellow Californians Lajahna Drummer, a 6-2 forward, the No. 8 prospect in the country and another McDonald's All American; Kelli Hayes, a 6-1 wing ranked 26th; and Monique Billings, a 6-2 forward ranked 38th.

Rounding out the class is Recee' Caldwell, a 5-8 point guard and the No. 19 prospect in the nation. Caldwell is a Southern California native who moved to San Antonio when she was in fifth grade and was home-schooled this past season. She also was a McDonald's All American.

"I'm really confident in this class," Hayes said. "We all come from winning programs, and we want to create our legacies at UCLA."
