ESPN Player Evaluations

Blue Chip Super Sunday-Jan. 12: The 5-7 point guard was both efficient and effective in Sunday's game versus Holy Cross. She had multiple 3-pointers all the while setting the floor up for her teammates to get open looks as defenders closed out to prevent the open jump shot. Fitzpatrick's game revolves around an unselfish vibe with the ability to make others around her better. (Clay)

Super Sunday-Jan. 11: Listed at 5-5 this quick and active player is constantly on the move and it may well be a matter of self-preservation. Her very slight and lean build isn't going to make her a factor in the paint but her play everywhere else will. She's both smart and skilled, and plays the game with impressive instincts. With and without the ball in her hands she's reading defenders and plays with a sharp awareness of the entire floor. She executes within Notre Dame's halfcourt sets and creates her own looks as well as good opportunities for her teammates. In their win over DeLone Catholic (McSherrystown, Pa.), she connected on four attempts from 3-point range and led the way with 16 points. If time, Mother Nature and the weight room catch up with the rest of her game she'll have more than her share of choices at the next level. (Lewis)
