Notes

Nov. 24, 2016: After leading Plano West to the title at the Allen Lady Eagle Hoopfest this past weekend and claiming MVP honors, Jaden Owens has committed to Southern Methodist University. The No. 18 prospect in the Terrific 25 for the 2019 class, Owens is a key building block for first-year coach Travis Mays. Owens is a consistent offensive player, capable of beating you off the dribble or deep at the arc. %u201CThe SMU staff and team gave me a family vibe,%u201D she said. %u201C I want them to make me into the player that I want to be. ... I just knew this was the right fit for me and I want SMU to get others to follow me as well. (Olson)
