The Los Angeles Police Department presented the case against USC wide receiver Joseph Lewis to the Los Angeles County District Attorney's office Tuesday, and the case under review, according to a spokesman for the DA's office. Lewis was arrested on a felony domestic battery charge on Feb. 12. He is currently suspended from all football-related activities.
