Texas A&M WR Josh Reynolds took a visit with the Rams three or four weeks ago. "I loved it," he told local reporters. "I loved the vibe, I loved the energy they had, and it seemed like they liked me." On what he brings, Reynolds said: "Definitely intensity. I'm a playmaker and can play pretty much anywhere they need. I'm a winner, and I'd love to help this team win."

The Rams gave up their second fourth-round pick, 141st overall, and the 13th pick of the sixth round to draft Samson Ebukam at 125 overall. Outside linebacker; 6-3, 240. Good speed, explosiveness and football IQ, but still needs to develop, according to draft reports. Rams need more linebackers now that they're converting to a 3-4 system under Wade Phillips.

The Rams traded up from 141 to 125 with the Jets and selected LB Samson Ebukam, teammate of Cooper Kupp at Eastern Washington.

Rams add a target for Goff

Josh Reynolds is quick enough to separate underneath and fast enough to stretch the field, but he's lean and needs to get stronger. He also needs to improve his consistency fielding the ball. He makes a lot of tough catches and drops too many easy ones.

WR Josh Reynolds gives the Rams and QB Jared Goff some vertical ability in the passing game. Throw the quick fade up the boundary, finds some matchups in the red zone and work the middle of the field on deep, inside breaking cuts.

ESPN Stats and Information

Josh Reynolds was a touchdown machine at Texas A&M, posting 13 scores in 2014 and 12 in 2016. He also averaged 17 yards per catch in three college seasons.

The Rams selected Josh Reynolds, a WR out of Texas A&M, with their first fourth-round pick. Looks like the outside threat they still needed.

The Rams dealt the 112th overall pick to the Bears and will now draft 117th. They also added a sixth-round pick, their third.

The Rams addressed their three greatest needs -- tight end, receiver, safety -- with their first three picks on Friday. Heading into Day 3, the Rams' lingering needs are at center and linebacker, but they could always use more receivers and defensive backs.
