Casey Blake leaves with shoulder pain

MILWAUKEE -- Los Angeles Dodgers third baseman Casey Blake left Wednesday night's 3-1 loss against the Milwaukee Brewers because of right shoulder pain.

Blake left the game after the Dodgers batted in the sixth, but did not have a plate appearance in the inning. In the bottom of the fifth, he threw out Zack Greinke on a grounder to third.

Jamey Carroll entered the game at second base and Aaron Miles moved to third to replace Blake.

Blake finished 0-for-3 and is hitting .250 with four homers and 23 RBIs in 57 games this year.
