Chris Paul returns to Clippers

LOS ANGELES -- Los Angeles Clippers point guard Chris Paul returned to the starting lineup Saturday night against the Washington Wizards after sitting out the past three games because of a bruised right knee cap.

Paul collected 22 points and 11 assists in the Clippers' 94-87 win.

The five-time All-Star injured his knee with 54 seconds left in the Clippers' 104-101 loss to the Orlando Magic last Saturday when he collided with Orlando guard J.J. Redick.

Clippers guard Eric Bledsoe started three games in place of Paul as the Clippers went 3-0 and won their games by an average of 14.6 points.
