Been doing some digging on Marcus Peters today, and I believe that if there's any organization — any locker room — that can absorb that personality and maximize that talent, it's the Rams. Respected defensive coordinator (Wade Phillips), magnetic head coach (Sean McVay), and a contending team that resides only drive away from Peters' hometown of Oakland. Gotta think he'll be motivated and on his best behavior in 2018 — first year with a new team, and an important one in his rookie contract. But it's no certainty, of course.
