VIDEO: Chargers' coach Anthony Lynn on how Philip Rivers practiced this week: "He's looked fine. He's looked like he's normal."

Eric D. Williams ESPN Staff Writer

Chargers head coach Anthony Lynn said Philip Rivers will be listed as questionable for Sunday's game due to a concussion. A full participant in Friday's practice, Rivers still has not cleared the NFL concussion protocol. Lynn said Rivers will be evaluated by doctors either Friday afternoon or Saturday. "He's done more and more every day in practice, so that's encouraging," Lynn said. "But still he's got to see the doctors and be evaluated. And we'll see what happens."

Some good news on the injury front for the Rams. All of their starters are good to go. Backup RB Malcolm Brown (knee) is out, and should be for a while. No. 3 TE Derek Carrier and backup CB Troy Hill (hamstring) are questionable. Rams were very conservative with their veterans in practice this week, but that was by design.

Rams DL Ethan Westbrooks, arrested for allegedly carrying a loaded and stolen handgun in late September, had an arraignment today. His attorney appeared on his behalf and entered a not-guilty plea. A pre-trial conference is now scheduled for Jan. 19, according to the Kern County District Attorney's Office. In said conference, the plaintiff and the defendant will present evidence for a judge to determine whether a trial is necessary. Speaking Thursday, Rams coach Sean McVay said they handled discipline for Westbrooks "in house."

Hot Board: Who's got recruiting momentum and who needs it

Momentum is a funny thing in recruiting. Sometimes you have it, and then it's gone. Teams such as Tennessee were rolling in the offseason and have now seen their classes collapse. Others, such as Miami, have only built up great classes this season.

King, Feeney among top 25 NFL 'prospects'

L.A. has used Desmond King inside and the early returns have been encouraging. Meanwhile, in Dan Feeney's first start, the Chargers immediately rushed for more yards per carry than they had all season.

Profiled as a slot receiver and used that way by the Rams, Cooper Kupp has flourished. Fellow rookie John Johnson didn't play much until Week 4, but since then has been a fixture for L.A.
