It is starting to look more likely that LHP Julio Urias will pitch for the Dodgers this week at San Francisco. Manager Dave Roberts would not confirm such a scenario, but if he moves Kenta Maeda's next start to Friday, somebody will have to pick up a start. Urias is lined up to pitch on Wednesday, although the Dodgers could use him Wednesday or Thursday against the Giants.

Dodgers RHP Kenta Maeda, currently scheduled to pitch Thursday at San Francisco, could have that outing delayed until Friday, manager Dave Roberts said. That would have the struggling pitcher lined up for the opener of a home series against the Phillies.

The return of OF Franklin Gutierrez (hamstring) has been delayed after he was hit by a pitch in a rehab game at expended spring training. Gutierrez is still expected to play in minor league rehab games before he is activated later this week.

The Dodgers were manhandled by the Diamondbacks for the second time in two nights. The 11-5 loss came a day after a 13-5 drubbing. Taking it on the chin Saturday was Dodgers starter Kenta Maeda, who gave up four home runs, two more than he had ever given up in a major league game. Maeda's ERA is now a whopping 8.05. David Peralta had a Diamondbacks' record four doubles.

Dodgers RHP Kenta Maeda has given up four HRs to the Diamondbacks in less than 5 IP. The Dodgers need length out of Maeda on Saturday since five relievers saw action Friday. Maeda's ERA has now ballooned to 8.05 this season. The Dodgers trail Arizona 6-2 after losing 13-5 Friday night.
