Lakers GM: Trade gives us shot at 2 stars in '18

Lakers GM Rob Pelinka said the team's recent trade with the Brooklyn Nets was "the perfect storm for us," saying the resulting salary-cap relief will give the team a shot at signing two max-salary players in the summer of 2018.
