Research Notes

  • Duke is off to a 15-0 start for the 6th time in program history. But that isn't necessarily a good thing. The last 3 times the Blue Devils started 15-0, they lost in the Sweet 16. Their best start ever is 17-0, which they did in 1991-92 when they won the national title and in 2005-06.

  • The 10 points allowed by Duke in the first half vs Clemson are the Blue Devils' fewest allowed in half vs an ACC team since February 24, 1979, when they allowed 0 points in the 1st half vs North Carolina.
