Louisville Cardinals men's basketball coach Rick Pitino is known for his coaching skills, but on Tuesday he showed off some moves on the court.
Pitino participated in the Masters Hoops National Championships in Coral Springs, Florida, and showed off his 3-point range. He even knocked down a jumper at the shot-clock buzzer.
The Masters Basketball Association offers highly competitive full-court basketball for men age 40-plus to 75-plus and women 30-plus.
Pitino said he hadn't played competitive basketball in 25 years, but he didn't look too rusty at all.
Well, from the outside at least. Apparently, Pitino's legs disagreed.
"It's just great to play again, although my two groins feel like it's not so good," Pitino said.
