Andy Katz ESPN Senior Writer

From the ACC: League officials looked at the Grayson Allen play (left leg extended back against Boston College's Connar Tava) in the first half Saturday and "there is nothing conclusive that can be determined.'' No call was made during the game, so no further action needed/warranted.

Boston College on 11-0 run to cut deficit to eight. Duke 0-for last 10 and problems offensively stem from lack of cohesion

Rough stretch for Duke freshman Marques Bolden: allows alley oop dunk; fails to roll to the basket a causing turnover; picked up 4th foul in just 6 minutes. If he can't stay on the floor and gain experience in a game the Blue Devils lead by 22, he's going to find it hard to get playing time in games that matter.

ESPN Stats and Information

Grayson Allen is into double digits for assists for the first time in his career. He has more games of seven or more assists in his last six games (five) than he did in his first 79 games.

In its first game without Mike Krzyzewski, Duke is up by 19 on Boston College at the half at Cameron Indoor Stadium. Counting their 110-point effort on Wednesday against Georgia Tech, the Blue Devils have now scored 163 points in their last 60 minutes of ACC action.

Giles gets accidental and-1 for Duke

The Blue Devils got a little lucky on this play when Harry Giles was fouled and lost control of the ball, but it floated into the hoop for the unconventional and-1.

Seeing a very different Grayson Allen since his move to play more at PG for Duke. Had season low 5 FG attempts vs Georgia Tech. Didn't take his first shot until 11:20 vs Boston College and has just two attempts. But he just broke his career high with his ninth assist. Had 7 assists vs GT. Most he's had in consecutive games in his career

Audible sighs in Cameron as Amile Jefferson limps off the floor. Appears to possibly be a problem with his right foot

Seems like every time a North Carolina native gets the chance to play Duke or Carolina, they play with a chip on their shoulder. The latest example: Ky Bowman, a Havelock, NC native, came out energized scoring nine of first 11 points for Boston College.

Duke coaching staff leaves Mike Krzyzewski's seat open during first game playing without him while he recovers from back surgery.

Will be a very different atmosphere in Cameron Indoor Stadium as Duke faces Boston College. Between today's snow/ice storm & classes still out, won't be the normal crowd. Upper tier only about 60% full
