Trend is brewing now with major coaching hires: younger or coaches with less than five years of head coaching experience. Not saying it's right or wrong but it is the trend: LSU, Washington, NC State, Illinois. Outliers are Counzo Martin to Missouri and Brian Gregory to South Florida, so far. Will be interesting to see how Cal, Oklahoma State and UMass handle. Can't see Indiana going in this direction.
