Why the Big 12 is stronger than the ACC

Iowa State coach Steve Prohm said 6-8 freshman Solomon Young could play Monday against Omaha after practicing Sunday. He has missed the last four games with a fracture in his left hand. The Cyclones opted to rest it instead of surgery. Iowa State missed his size and production (8.7 ppg, 5.3 rpg, 15 mpg).
