The Cubs dropped the finale to the Reds 7-5 on Sunday after getting down early in the game but the story of the day has to be Reds starter Bronson Arroyo. He may have reached 85 mph on a pitch or two but he hovered in the 70's while retiring the first 10 batters he faced. Anthony Rizzo's third home run in as many days were the only runs scored off of Arroyo as he fanned 7 with his slow stuff. A ninth inning rally stalled when Miguel Montero hit into a double play while John Lackey wasn't great and neither was the Cubs defense. Their win streak ends at 4.
