Rockies' Fogg has arthroscopic surgery on right elbow

DENVER -- Colorado Rockies right-hander Josh Fogg underwent arthroscopic surgery to remove bones spurs from his right elbow Monday and the team said he's expected to make a full recovery.

Team doctor Thomas Noonan performed the procedure in Denver.

The Rockies have until Dec. 12 to tender a contract to Fogg, who is eligible for arbitration. He was second on the club in wins with an 11-9 record last year but often skipped between-start throwing sessions later in the year because of soreness in his elbow.
