Nothing new on Andrew Benintendi's recovery from a sprained left knee in large part because it takes a full week for a custom brace to be constructed. The rookie left fielder won't receive his brace until next week's series in San Diego, according to Red Sox manager John Farrell, at which point Benintendi might be able to begin initiating baseball activities.
