Danny Salazar's demotion to the bullpen is one way of dealing with his slump, but with Trevor Bauer and Josh Tomlin pitching even worse, the issue runs deeper. The Tribe's vaunted rotation is last in the AL in ERA (5.02) and tied for next to last in quality starts.
