Cubs option Eddie Butler, Rob Zastryzny to Triple-A. Ian Happ, John Andreoli and Taylor Davis assigned to minor league camp. The Cubs roster is 31 now. Happ, in particular, had a great spring training.

Angel Pagan is expected to make a decision in the next 48 hours on where he is going to sign with Toronto, SF, Padres, Atlanta and Tigers all having expressed interest. Pagan WBC performance certainly helped his value.
