Angels 7, Red Sox 3: Staked to an early three-run lead, David Price couldn't make it hold up. After a run of seven strong starts, Price threw a dud, allowing four runs in the third inning and six overall in five innings. The big blow came on Andrelton Simmons' two-run homer that gave the Angels a 4-3 lead in the third inning. The Sox mustered six hits, four of which came in the first two innings. John Farrell was ejected in the fifth inning after arguing a called strikeout.
