Nearly eight hours before first pitch of Game 2, the Indians ground crew is putting down the tarp. According to The Weather Channel, rain could start rolling into Cleveland around 1 p.m. ET. Rain and wind could be an issue tonight, one of the reasons the start time was moved up an hour.

Indians outfielder Rajai Davis wasn't very pleased when he caught a shallow fly ball in the seventh inning Tuesday, threw home and missed an opportunity to double up Kyle Schwarber, who had strayed about 50 feet off the second base bag. "I just wanted to crawl under a rug," Davis said. "I was like, 'Man, that could have been a triple play -- or at least a double play. All I had to do was run it to second for an easy out." Fortunately for Davis, Andrew Miller struck out Addison Russell and David Ross to escape a bases-loaded jam.

Joe Maddon said he liked David Ross against Andrew Miller with the bases loaded in the seventh inning in Game 1 over a pinch hitter because he felt Ross gave the Cubs the best chance at a walk OR hit. Ross struck out to end the Cubs best threat of the night.

Jayson Stark ESPN Senior Writer
