The Dodgers are starting an all-righty lineup against lefty Chris Sale in Game 1. According to ESPN Stats & Info, the last team to roll out a World Series lineup without a left-handed hitter in it was the Astros against Mark Buehrle in Game 2 of the 2005 Fall Classic.

The Dodgers are stacking the deck with RHHs against LH Chris Sale in Game 1. Brian Dozier, Justin Turner, David Freese, Manny Machado, Chris Taylor, Matt Kemp, Kiké Hernandez, Yasiel Puig and Austin Barnes, respectively. Joc Pederson, Cody Bellinger and Max Muncy all on the bench.

The Red Sox have one roster change from their ALCS roster, but it's not pitcher Steven Wright. Instead, lefty Drew Pomeranz has been added in place of Brandon Workman, giving the Red Sox a second lefty in the bullpen along with Eduardo Rodriguez.

Red Sox manager Alex Cora joked that Dave Roberts, a good friend and a former teammate, "makes a lot of money" signing autographs because of his stolen base. "I know he puts ‘the greatest stolen base in the history of the game.' He makes a lot of money in an hour. Probably he's making money right now."
