Jake Lamb is the other Diamondbacks player who moved a good amount in today's rankings update. Roughly one-third of his 2017 fantasy value came from home runs, and with his inconsistent month-over-month batted ball distribution, I worry even a .290 BABIP might be tough for him. He moved from 103rd to 133rd overall.

After examining the humidor story even more closely, I'm moving Paul Goldschmidt down in my rankings, from No. 3 to 8 overall. I want to make the 20-plus stolen base case — more "small ball"? — but don't feel certain enough it'll happen. My new top 10: Trout, Altuve, Arenado, Betts, Harper, Turner, Blackmon, Goldy, Correa, Stanton.

I don't anticipate having any shares of Steven Souza Jr. He's shaping up as a potentially overvalued pick, between his remarkably good luck in the injury department in 2017, his high HR/FB% and that people might underestimate the adverse impact of the humidor on offense.

Good move by the Diamondbacks to deal Brandon Drury now, because he was one of their players I'd have most expected to suffer statistically as a result of the humidor. In New York, he'll play regularly while getting at least as much HR/FB% help, so his results should be similar.

Greinke wary of humidor's effect at Chase Field

Diamondbacks right-hander Zack Greinke wasn't ready to fully embrace the humidor and its potential effect on Arizona's home games, saying, "I've got to see" whether it'll make Chase Field less hitter-friendly.
