Indians expect Brantley to be back for start of 2017

The Indians refuted reports that Michael Brantley could miss "significant time" in 2017 due to the right shoulder injury that sidelined him nearly all of this season. "Our expectation is that he'll be ready for spring training," said Chris Antonetti, Indians president of baseball operations. Cleveland.com

Their widows, Patti Olin and Laurie Crews, each raised three children whose fathers had died. Laurie said today, "Patti and I both made it through because of our kids." The Olins and Crewses have had to relive tragic memories since Jose Fernandez died on Sunday and both expressed their condolences and sorrow for the Fernandez family.
