In most quarters, the UFC belt is already considered the pinnacle of the heavyweight division, and understandably so. But history associated with heavyweights outside the UFC is important and shouldn't be forgotten. Two lines of track, separated 15 years ago because of a contractual dispute, are poised to slam into one another Saturday when UFC titleholder Cain Velasquez meets Antonio Silva at UFC 160. The fight in Las Vegas marks the first heavyweight title contest in the Octagon since 1998 in which the winner is guaranteed to leave the cage as MMA's undisputed heavyweight king.
