UFC officials announced the 155-pound contest Friday. The televised event will take place at Revel Casino Hotel.
Cerrone (23-6) has said he'd like to fight six times in 2014. He's off to a good start, with first-round finishes of Adriano Martins and Edson Barboza already in the books. He submitted Barboza via rear-naked choke last month.
Fighting out of Albuquerque, N.M., Cerrone has compiled a 10-3 record since joining the UFC in 2011. He came up short in WEC lightweight title bids in 2009 and 2010. He has never fought for a UFC title.
Miller (24-4) has worked his way back into the title picture with back-to-back first-round submissions over Fabricio Camoes and Yancy Medeiros. He won seven fights in a row from 2009 to 2011 before dropping two of his next three.
