UFC officials have announced the full lineup for the UFC 180 pay-per-view, scheduled to take place Nov. 15 at Mexico City Arena in Mexico City.
The UFC 180 card will mark the promotion's debut in Mexico.
"We've always felt [Mexico] could potentially be one of our biggest markets," UFC CEO Lorenzo Fertitta said at a news conference Tuesday. "Sometimes it just takes time. Fortunately, we are now with an incredible media group with Televisa.
"Now is the time, and we will bring a mega-event, the heavyweight championship of the world, to Mexico City."
Ellenberger (29-8) will look to rebound from a TKO loss to Robbie Lawler in May. The 29-year-old welterweight is coming off back-to-back losses for the first time in his career and is 2-3 in his last five overall.
A former winner of "The Ultimate Fighter" reality series, Gastelum (9-0) has gotten off to a 4-0 start in UFC. He has had difficulty making the 170-pound weight limit but still holds wins over Uriah Hall, Brian Melancon, Rick Story and Nicholas Musoke.
Sanchez (25-7) is 2-2 since returning to the lightweight division last year. He was awarded a controversial split decision against Ross Pearson in June.
He will face another former TUF contestant in Parke (20-2-1). The Northern Ireland-based lightweight called out Sanchez after a second-round TKO against Naoyuki Kotani on July 19 in Dublin.
Lamas (14-3) will seek to get back into the title picture at 145 pounds. He fought Jose Aldo for the UFC featherweight belt in February, losing via unanimous decision. He bounced back with a decision win over Hacran Dias in June.
Bermudez (14-3) will take a seven-fight win streak into the Lamas fight. Another former TUF contestant, Bermudez is coming off a dominant submission over Clay Guida at a UFC on Fox event July 26.
The bantamweight bout between Perez (14-6) and Brimage (6-3) will kick off the pay-per-view portion of the card.
