Bellator officials announced the 170-pound contest Thursday. The event will take place at SSE Arena.
MacDonald (18-4) will be making his Bellator MMA debut. The 27-year-old signed with Bellator last year after an impressive six-year run in the UFC, which saw him go 9-4.
Fighting out of Tristar MMA in Montreal, MacDonald hasn't fought since a five-round decision loss to current UFC title challenger Stephen Thompson last June.
Daley (39-14-2) is coming off an early candidate for Knockout of the Year in 2017. He finished Brennan Ward with a spectacular flying knee at Bellator 170 last month.
Fighting out of England, Daley is 4-1 under the Bellator banner, with his only loss coming to current champion Douglas Lima. He holds 29 career knockouts.
