A light heavyweight bout between Ryan Bader and Vladimir Matyushenko has been targeted for next month's UFC on Fox event in Chicago.
Sources have confirmed to ESPN.com that the bout has been targeted for the Jan. 26 card, set to take place at the United Center.
Bader (14-3) will look to rebound from a TKO loss he suffered to Lyoto Machida in August. The 29-year-old is 2-1 in his last three fights, with wins over Jason Brilz and Quinton Jackson.
Matyushenko (29-6) will also try to put a loss behind him. The 41-year-old veteran had a two-fight win streak snapped last December when he suffered a first-round TKO loss to Alexander Gustafsson at UFC 141.
A flyweight title bout between Demetrious Johnson and John Dodson is scheduled to headline the UFC on Fox event.
