The 7-foot Struve, who is ranked No. 9 by ESPN.com in the heavyweights division, is 25-5 as a pro and has won four fights in a row. He is the tallest fighter in UFC history and goes by the moniker "Skyscraper."
In his most recent fight, Struve knocked out Stipe Miocic at 3:50 of the second round Sept. 29 in Nottingham, England. It was Miocic's first professional loss.
Hunt (8-7) has won three UFC bouts in a row since losing his Octagon debut to Sean McCorkle in September 2010. Five of Hunt's victories have come by knockout.
During his most recent outing, on Feb. 25, Hunt knocked out Cheick Kongo in the first round.
