AUBURN HILLS, Mich. -- Rasheed Wallace and Mike James sat
out most of practice Friday, but the Detroit Pistons expect them to
be ready for the start of their playoff series against Milwaukee.
Wallace (sore left arch) and James (groin) only took part in
non-contract drills for the second straight day. Wallace missed the
last two games of the season to rest his foot.
"We're just going to rest both of those guys and we'll see what
happens," Pistons coach Larry Brown said.
Brown said Wallace and James might miss practice again Saturday.
The best-of-seven Eastern Conference first-round series opens
Sunday in Detroit.
